How can we help?

There are two places to go, depending on your question.

Questions about an order

Shipping, tracking, delivery, changes, cancellations, returns, reprints, refunds, and damaged or misprinted items.

Contact SelecticDesigns, which sold and shipped your order. Email support@selecticdesigns.com and have your order number ready.

Questions about the app

Using Design to Merch in ChatGPT, your artwork or product photos, a purchase link, your privacy and data, or a rights complaint.

Email support@designtomerch.com. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.

Please don’t send payment card details or passwords by email.

Common requests

Take down my product page or delete my files

Email support@designtomerch.com with your purchase link, or describe the design. We’ll remove the unlisted page and the files we keep for it, unless they’re still needed for an order that’s being made or supported, or we must keep them by law. We’ll tell you what we removed.

Something went wrong in the app

Tell us what you were doing, which product you chose, and roughly when. A screenshot helps. Don’t include payment details.

Report misuse or a rights complaint

If you believe a design made with Design to Merch uses your copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights without permission, or breaks our content rules, email support@designtomerch.com with:

  1. your name and contact details, and who you represent if it isn’t you;
  2. a description of the work or right you believe is being infringed;
  3. the link to the product page, or enough detail for us to find it;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized; and
  5. a statement that the information in your message is accurate, and that you own the right or are authorized to act for the owner.

We review each report, may disable the page while we look into it, and tell SelecticDesigns about any affected order. If we remove your design because of a complaint, you can reply with an explanation and we’ll take another look. Repeat infringement can lead to loss of access to the app.
